  • To purchase/ enroll for any course one needs to have an account.
  • While signing up, make sure all the information that you have provided is true and accurate. This information will be used to maintaining your account. If any information provided by you will cause any kind of harm to us or anybody (including yourself), you will be held responsible.
  • Each person who signs up must be extremely careful with your password, to avoid any kind of faults, do not share your password.
  • You can terminate your account by simply deleting your account; by contacting our support center.
  • www.vinodmestry.com is fully authorized and has all rights to terminate your account in case of any defaults from your side.
  • Please note, once your account is terminated, it cannot be revoked, this means your data will be cleared from our databases and if there is an ongoing course on your account that will also be terminated. DO NOT contact us for refunds.
  • You are not allowed to post any kind of racist, sexist, pornographic, abusive, anti-religious, violent, misleading, defamatory information on the website.
  • www.vinodmestry.com is strictly an online digital educational website. NO kind of inappropriate behavior with our team members will be tolerated.
  • No User shall use the services of www.vinodmestry.com for any other reasons other than learning.
  • Any abuse with www.vinodmestry.com resources will lead to termination of your account as a subscriber.
  • Piracy is a crime, in case of piracy of any content on the website; you will be bound to face legal repercussions.

Cancellation & Refund Policy of www.vinodmestry.com

POLICY A
Policy A applies to all Vinod Mestry’s I Lead CoachingLive Online Courses under the categories of Business Management, Finance, Leadership Development, Entrepreneurship Development and Soft Skills Training, Live Online Trainings.

Cancellations prior to the course
In case you’re unable to attend the course and want a refund prior to the course commencement date, we will refund the full amount to you.

Withdrawals during the workshop
If you don't see the tremendous value you expected in our product, and you wish to withdraw within the first two hours, we will proceed with a 100% refund - no questions asked.

However, once you have attended more than two hours of the workshop, you will not be eligible for any refund.

Transfers to another batch
  • ▪ You are free to change your batch at any point of time before the commencement of the workshop, at no extra charge.
  • ▪ If for any reason you are unable to continue or complete the workshop, we would be happy to accommodate you in a different batch of the same course, at no additional cost.

POLICY B
Policy C applies to all Self-Paced Programs (E-Learning Programs). Cancellations would be permitted as per -

If you wish to extend access to an e-learning program by a month, please write to us at connect@vinodmestry.com and we will be happy to extend the program for a maximum period of one month. For extension beyond a month, you would need to pay 50% of the course price.

NOTE:
  • ▪ All cancellation, rescheduling and substitution requests must be notified to us by email at connect@vinodmestry.com.
  • ▪ You are not eligible for refunds, if you have accessed and downloaded the course material.
  • ▪ All refunds will be credited back to your account within 10-15 business days of the refund request.
  • ▪ Refunds or credits for rescheduling the training cannot be issued for non-attendance.
  • ▪ Vinod Mestry – I Lead Coaching may modify its refund policy at any time without notice, provided however that the refund policy in effect at the time of any transaction shall apply to such purchase despite any subsequent change in such policy.
  • ▪ If you do not notify in writing about your cancellation or reschedule, or do not attend the training, you would not be offered a refund, nor the option to reschedule.

Cancellations or rescheduling by Vinod Mestry-I Lead Coaching
  • ▪ Vinod Mestry-I Lead Coaching reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a course at any time, including but not limited to, insufficient registrations, trainer unavailability, or if the trainer could not attend due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • ▪ Vinod Mestry-I Lead Coaching is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or special damages that may be incurred due to a cancellation of a scheduled class.
  • ▪ You will not be charged for the training and will be offered full credit to a future workshop or full refund as per your preference.
